What if we took a luxury resort and moved it up the mountain, up above the tree line?
From there, The Peak was born. We have sourced the finest materials and employed skilled artisans to ensure that every detail, from the grand facades to the intricate interiors, meet our high standards of excellence. We can’t wait to share this piece of paradise with you.
Conceptualization, securing permits, breaking ground, laying foundation, work on framing and roof.
Finishing exteriors, beginning interiors, securing approval for garage and pool area, opening reservations.
Rigorous quality checks, final touches, integration of state-of-the-art amenities.
Covered the building in protective material during the winter to ensure no moisture entry from snow. Began work on interior construction – including drywall, flooring, and cabinetry.
Installed roofing to enclose the building, and began work on exterior finishes, windows, and doors.
Finished laying the foundation and erecting concrete aluminum framing for the entire structure.
